Cheetah Love
The fierce cheetah's average weight is 110 lbs. and can live for about a decade. 10-12 years to be exact. The spotted feline mostly eats wildebeests, gazelles, and impalas ( a type of antelope). The incubation/gestation period (the time between conception of a baby to the time of birth) is 3 months. Cheetahs live in Africa, Southern Asia, and the middle East, so the temperature of their natural habitat is 102 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fun Facts:
1. Cheetahs are the only big cats who doesn't roar, but purrs.
2. The name for a cheetah comes from a Hindi word, cheetah means "spotted one".
